TV shows are getting bigger and better every season (except for Desperate Housewives which is actually getting worse as it goes imo). So here's the shows I'm watching this season.
Monday
NBC owns my Mondays.
Chuck - Loooove this show. My geek-love overflows. Plus Adam Baldwin. Yum.
Heroes - Still good but they need a season-arching story line. Also I'm loving the My Two Dads scenario. And Hiro wins the universe no matter what time period he's in.
Journeyman - Mmmm still love that Kevin McKidd.
Tuesday
Bones - No explanation needed, no?
Reaper - The comedic genius of Kevin Smith in one-hour segments, once a week. Plus that guy from Grounded For Life got really hot.
House - Same time as Reaper so it's hard to keep going with it. Still love it but I missed the finale and now I'm lost on why House's team resigned and/or was fired. What? I didn't see it but I still tried to catch up using wikipedia.
Wednesday
Until Lost comes back here's the set up. ABC owns this night, however this is the weakest night in my 5-day week.
Pushing Daisies - So it's quirky, cute and morbid. I found myself considering this show a cross between a Disney princess story, Amelie, and Dead Like Me. Watch the show and see how.
Private Practice - I'm really only watching because the writers made me grow to love Addison over the last two seasons of Grey's Anatomy. This show has a completely different speed than GA and has way more self-involved characters. Not too invested in it but I'll watch it just to have something to watch while I crochet my best friend's baby's afghan.
Thursday
The Office - Seriously? Ask why and you need some alone time with your sense of humor.
Grey's Anatomy - Yeah. Four seasons and I still can't allow myself to miss an episode.
Friday
Avatar: The Last Airbender - The greatest cartoon saga ever. Or something. I really love this show. It makes me laugh harder than you'd expect it and it's adorable. I waited so impatiently forever for this 10-episode season to begin. Seriously.
Stargate: Atlantis - Okay so they left Dr. Weir hostage on a replicator planet and put Sam Carter in her place. And they killed off Dr. Beckett. Do they have something against doctors this seasons? Because if McKay's next they're gonna suffer a fan-made-fury. But they're making up for it with more McKay/Sheppard. McKay totally said "Nice kiss!" or something to Sheppard. I heard it. And I used to love Sam Carter. Somewhere down the years she turned... I don't know. Not so awesome even though she was always saving the day? She's still pretty but she bugs the shit out of me anymore. :( They should correct that. Bring back awesome-Carter. Maybe she was only awesome when she had O'Neill to prod her on.

In summary, TV shows are really great right now but they need to stop that right now! I'm the only person in the USA without a DVR and they're forcing me to stay in almost every night. Not that I had a life to begin with but now I don't even have the option to not have a life. I mean, what if I suddenly decided to go to clubs and party like a rockstar or somethinsomething? Try to use your imaginations a little here. I know it's hard but just try for me, yeah?
Maybe I'll just buy a TiVo. They're neat, right? You say there's a monthly subscription? I can handle that. Maybe.
